3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing Terms of Service:

Last Updated: January 2026

By submitting files, requesting a quote, or placing an order with AMRP LLC (“AMRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

File Ownership & Authorization

By submitting design files to AMRP, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the design, OR

  • You have authorization from the rightful owner to manufacture the part.

AMRP is not responsible for intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted files.

Manufacturing Scope

AMRP manufactures parts strictly according to the digital files provided.

We review files for manufacturability only.
We do NOT:

  • Verify design functionality

  • Guarantee part fitment

  • Validate engineering performance

  • Conduct structural analysis

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the design meets their application requirements.

Tolerances

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard FDM tolerances are:

±0.5% with a minimum of ±0.5 mm

Additive manufacturing is not equivalent to precision CNC machining. Minor surface variations, layer lines, and dimensional deviations are inherent to the process.

Requests for tighter tolerances must be communicated prior to production and may incur additional charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Change requests after production has started may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production scheduling begins only after payment is received.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are based on production capacity and project complexity.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, AMRP is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Equipment issues

  • Material supply disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Force majeure events

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of additive manufacturing, all sales are final.

If a manufacturing defect attributable to AMRP occurs, we will review the issue and may reprint the part at our discretion.

Design flaws, fitment issues, or application failures are not grounds for refund.

Limitation of Liability

AMRP’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of revenue

  • Application failure

  • Property damage

  • Injury resulting from use of manufactured parts

Customers assume full responsibility for part testing and validation.

Confidentiality

Customer files are treated as confidential and used solely for quoting and manufacturing.

If required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement may be executed prior to production.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting files or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
