We review every file manually to ensure it is ready for production.

If you’re unsure about material selection, strength requirements, or finish options, we’ll help guide you before production begins.

File Review & Quote Confirmation

Each model is reviewed for manufacturability, material compatibility, and optimal print orientation.

We optimize settings for:

• Strength
• Surface finish
• Cost efficiency

Once reviewed, you’ll receive a final quote for approval.

Note: File review does not include engineering validation unless requested.

Payment & Scheduling

Production begins once payment is received.

Turnaround time is based on:

• Part size
• Quantity
• Material
• Post-processing requirements

Rush production may be available upon request.

Production

All parts are produced using professional-grade additive manufacturing systems.

We monitor each print to ensure consistency, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy.

While additive manufacturing is highly reliable, occasional production adjustments may be necessary to ensure quality.

Production Process

Additive manufacturing is a highly technical process. While every precaution is taken to ensure quality and reliability, unforeseen production variables may occasionally impact timelines.

Change requests after production begins may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

Post-Processing

Parts are cleaned and finished according to selected options, which may include:

• Support removal
• Surface refinement
• Heat-set inserts
• Hardware installation
• Basic coatings

Additional finishing services may require extended lead time.

Quality Inspection

Every part is visually inspected and dimensionally verified.

Typical tolerances for FDM parts:

± 0.5% with a minimum of ± 0.5 mm

If your project requires tighter tolerances or critical geometry validation, please inform us prior to production.

Shipping & Pickup

Orders are shipped via major carriers or available for local pickup.

Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
