Quality Control

AMRP LLC

At AMRP, quality begins before a part is printed and continues through final inspection. Every order is reviewed, monitored, and inspected to ensure consistent results and reliable performance.

File Review & Production Setup

All submitted files are reviewed for manufacturability. Print orientation, support strategy, and process settings are optimized to balance:

• Strength
• Surface finish
• Dimensional accuracy
• Cost efficiency

In-Process Monitoring

Each print is monitored during production to reduce the risk of defects such as:

• Warping
• Layer separation
• Incomplete bonding
• Support failure

Any compromised part is rejected and reprinted before shipment.

Post-Processing Inspection

After printing and finishing, parts are:

• Cleaned
• Deburred (if applicable)
• Visually inspected for defects
• Checked for major dimensional accuracy

Dimensional Tolerances

Unless otherwise specified, standard FDM tolerances are:

±0.5% with a minimum of ±0.5 mm

Tighter tolerances may require prior discussion and additional fees.

Final Verification

Before shipment, parts are reviewed to ensure they meet the agreed-upon specifications and finishing requirements.
