Welcome

Thank you for your interest in American Resource Petroleum Corporation. You may not know that Utah has the richest tar sands deposits in the United States. Eastern Utah and western Colorado contain more oil (estimated at nearly two trillion barrels) than Saudi Arabia. These deposits and the surrounding lands in eastern Utah are the most accessible and highest grade oil sands deposits in the world.

For many years experts have viewed these oil sands and oil shale deposits as a significant repository of oil which would help satisfy the ever-growing demand for oil and oil products throughout the United States. We believe that it is our duty to develop these deposits which in turn will help make the United States independent from foreign oil. American Resource Petroleum Corporation intends to construct the first fully commercial oil sands processing facility in the United States.

Although attempts in the past to commercially produce oil from these deposits have had only limited success. American Resource Petroleum Corporation’s cutting edge technologies, combined with higher oil prices and dwindling worldwide oil supplies now provide a great opportunity for profitable production and successful development of oil sands and oil shale deposits.

American Resource Petroleum Corporation is dedicated to “Making America Independent” from imported oil and this project is the first step in doing so!

Wm. Edward Skokos
President/Chief Executive Officer
